ABOUT THE ROLE
This person will directly report to the Contracts Supervisor and Manager and will be responsible for managing work completion within a key client contract.
- Menzies has several P/T roles available waiting for the right people.
- Being willing and able to pass a National Police Check and as well as a WWCC.

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals ensuring the performance and completion of periodical works.
The position will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
The role will involve:
1. Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.
2. Complete work/periodical work to a satisfactory standard as per the specifications and compliance within the Contract.
3. Implementing and managing a successful outcome for you to achieve contractual KPIs.
4. Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability.
Skills/Experience Required
The ideal candidate is likely to have experience in/ or possess the following skills:
- Drivers licence.
- Strong organisational skills
- Good project management
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Floor scrubbing
- Strip and resealing of floors
- Use of cleaning machinery/tools.
