Logistics Officer – Newcastle, NSW (full-time role)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: University of Newcastle- Callaghan, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: Award wages plus applicable allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily logistics operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Use Excel and Word to manage data and reports

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clean driving record
  • Forklift license preferred, but not essential.
