Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions (RFT, RFP, EOI, RFQ)
- Review tender documentation and ensure full compliance with client requirements
- Prepare, format and compile high-quality submission documents
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, HSEQ, Commercial) to gather required inputs
- Manage submission timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintain and improve bid templates, content libraries, and supporting documentation
- Track opportunities and maintain bid pipeline data using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Assist with reporting on bid activity, including win/loss analysis and pipeline tracking
- Support the preparation of capability statements and marketing collateral
About You
You are highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. You take pride in producing high-quality work and enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
Role can be based in Victoria or NSW.
You will bring:
- Experience in a bid coordination, administration, or document management role
- Strong written communication and document formatting skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills (Excel desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timeframes
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience using CRM or bid management systems (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous
