ABOUT THE ROLE
The Menzies Group of Companies is one of the largest privately-owned cleaning and facility services organisation in Australia, providing quality “value for money” solutions to blue chip customers on a national scale.
We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and responsible Administration Officer that has worked at either the state or branch level to provide support to our head office in Malvern reporting to the senior contracts Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all contract related duties and be required to perform additional Administration duties including assisting/preparation of proposals and correspondence, filing and general office administration duties.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes and capabilities:
- 2+ Years experience in similar role at the State or branch support level
- Hold current tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
- High Level competency in MS Office, advanced skills in Excel an advantage
- Quick learner
- Fast, accurate data entry and typing skills
- Work to tight deadlines and changing demanding
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills, excellent time management skills, and a professional, courteous telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service skills
The role will require the applicant to undertake a National Police Record check.
