ABOUT THE ROLE

This person will directly report to theOperations Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners within a key client contract.

We are seeking  motivated and outgoing individuals for the position of Contract Cleaning Contract Manager and Supervisors.

The positions will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

The role will involve:
1. Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.
2. Building relationships with our customers and responding to their requirements.
3. Implementing and managing a successful team around you to achieve contractual KPIs.
4. Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability.
5. Maximising company profitability in achieving the above.
6. Client Liaison
7. Daily Quality Assurance Inspections
8. Rostering and organising cleaners for the daily cleaning requirements

Skills/Experience Required
The ideal candidate is likely to have experience in managing cleaning service contracts or possess the following skills:
• Strong organisational skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Good project management
• Basic competence in Microsoft Office software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel

Work Hours
Customer requirements run from the start of the business day until late into the evening when cleaning shifts are completed.
Work hours are therefore flexible to achieve business objectives but success in this role will involve some commitment to managing in the evening when the bulk of our operations are undertaken.
