Reporting & Compliance Officer

A rare opportunity has become available for a highly-qualified and driven Reporting & Compliance Officer in our head office based in Malvern (Monday to Friday: 7.00am – 3.30pm), salary $55,000 per annum.

The role will prepare and process general and specialised administration functions, including daily, weekly & monthly reporting, including consolidation, distribution and analysis of key data associated with national/key contracts. Support to the Menzies Help Desk to ensure compliance to client contract terms & conditions and Menzies internal management procedures is also involved (including; logging of work requests, complaints and various reporting duties).

The role will also oversee the orderly collection, collation and reporting of data, documentation, records and improvements relating to the Menzies Management System (MMS). This position supports maintenance of existing business platforms, such as the company intranet.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Production and distribution of time attendance and compliancy reporting: verification of service delivery and hours
  • Case management support as required (national Help Desk)
  • Logging of Corrective Action Reports (CAR’s) and follow up on actions / progress
  • Assisting with document and procedural updating / re-design
  • Support and follow up with managing audit outcomes
  • Preparation and distribution of specific management meeting minutes and monthly reports
  • Calculate performance penalties for subcontractors and ensure communication to Accounts occurs to allow for invoice adjustments
  • Communication of management system updates to the business
  • Staff support / training relating to management system functions and awareness of processes
  • Assistance / support relating to business projects
  • Production of trend reporting (CAR’s) and other management system statistics
  • Support quality administrative functions such as filing and data entry
  • Maintain Quality Assurance inspection & work results
  • Facilitate the accurate & timely updating of financial reports
  • Other duties as directed by the National Help Desk Manager / Quality & Compliance Manager

 

Essential Criteria for Position:

  • Prior experience in office administration and documentation coordination
  • High degree of drive, initiative, motivation and outcome orientation with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, well-developed computer skills (including proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and share specialist knowledge and technical skills within a team environment.

The role will require the applicant to undertake a National Police Record check.
